Vicky Lewis-Baldy is the owner and founder of Hybrid Health.
Vicky is a fully Chartered Physiotherapist registered with the CSP and HCPC. She is an extremely experienced Physiotherapist, with a wide breadth of knowledge that she has acquired from a variety of settings including; a Musculoskeletal outpatient clinic, private physiotherapy, Rheumatology, and on pitch side.
Vicky has experience in rehabilitating a broad range of conditions and work-based injuries including back pain. As well as a specialising in Rheumatology conditions such as hyper-mobility, inflammatory arthritis and chronic pain. She is also trained in various massage styles, taping, and treating acute and sporting injuries. Using a wide range of techniques such as myofascial and trigger point release to help to decrease tension and pain.
Prior to becoming a Physiotherapist, Vicky worked as a Sports Massage Therapist and Level 4 Advanced Personal Trainer for over 16 years. Working in different fitness centres teaching spin, circuits and boot camps. She also ran her own personalised gym for over 4 years. There she offered tailored 121 rehabilitation and nutritional advice for a range of people including; athletes, runners, tennis, football & rugby players.
In her personal time Vicky enjoys keeping active, whether it’s surfing, swimming, running 10k’s and half marathons or working out in the gym. She recently took part in the Bath Half Marathon raising over £1,100 for charity.
With her varied wealth of experience, Vicky can help facilitate acute/chronic musculoskeletal problems or assist with injury prevention. She combines her knowledge from her various backgrounds and many qualifications to provide exceptional well rounded care. With each client receiving individual and tailored programs to suit them.
