Our brand-new Run Strong programme is designed to help runners of all levels move better, train smarter, and stay injury-free.
What is Run Strong?
Run Strong is a 6-week physio-led performance running class, held at the YMCA Gym in Bath. With small groups of up to 6 runners, you’ll get focused coaching on:

6x small group classes (60 minutes each) led by physiotherapists

Pre & post 15-minute 1:1 physiotherapy consultation to identify your strengths, weaknesses, and track your progress

Pricing
💡 Standard Rate: £200 ( works out around £25 a session!)
(includes 6 group sessions + 2 individual physio consultations, an bespoke app with your exercises on and weekly 121 feedback from the physiotherapist)
