Meet Vicky – The Owner & Specialist in Sports Injury Rehabilitation & Exercise-Based Physiotherapy
Vicky is a fully Chartered Physiotherapist, registered with both the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). She brings a wealth of knowledge and over 20 years of hands-on experience from a wide range of clinical and sporting environments. Her background includes working within the NHS across hospital, community, and outpatient settings, including musculoskeletal and orthopaedic rehabilitation, post-operative recovery, and rheumatology services. She has also worked in private practice and on the pitch-side with rugby, football, and NFL teams, giving her a broad, practical understanding of injury management across all levels.
Today, Vicky specialises in the rehabilitation of sports injuries, using a proactive, exercise-based physiotherapy approach to help clients recover faster, move better, and return to peak performance. Whether you're dealing with an acute sports injury, a recurring issue, or recovering post-surgery, Vicky designs individualised rehab programs that are both evidence-based and tailored to your specific goals.
While her current focus is on sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, Vicky also draws on her extensive NHS experience treating rheumatological conditions such as hypermobility syndromes, inflammatory arthritis, and chronic pain – giving her a deep and well-rounded clinical perspective.
Her hybrid treatment model blends rehabilitation exercises with manual therapy techniques, including sports massage, trigger point release, myofascial therapy, acupuncture, and cupping, to provide both symptom relief and long-term results.
Vicky’s background as a Level 5 Sports Massage Therapist and Level 4 Advanced Personal Trainer gives her a unique edge when working with athletes and active individuals. She has supported clients across a wide range of sports – from runners and gym-goers to footballers, rugby players, and tennis athletes – and even ran her own rehabilitation-focused gym for over four years.
When she’s not helping others stay active, Vicky enjoys living what she teaches – she’s a keen hockey player, regular gym-goer, and passionate swimmer, always staying engaged in the kind of movement and activity she promotes in her practice.
If you're looking for expert support in sports injury rehabilitation, exercise-based physiotherapy, or chronic pain management, Vicky offers the clinical expertise, practical knowledge, and personal commitment to help you achieve lasting results.
