Hybrid Health Physiotherapy is a well-established, sports-focused clinic in the heart of Bath, with over 20 years of strong brand presence and reputation within the local community and sporting world.

We’re known for our Hybrid Approach — combining thorough assessment, hands-on treatment, and tailored rehabilitation all within one session. Our clients range from active members of the local community to high-level athletes, with professional sportspeople (including Bath Rugby players) attending the clinic at times.

The Role

Hybrid Health is looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Front of House Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our busy clinic. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, multitasking, and helping create a welcoming and professional environment for clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet clients in a warm and professional manner

  • Manage appointment enquiries and general clinic administration

  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle client communications

  • Take payments and manage basic financial/admin tasks

  • Maintain and update spreadsheets and clinic records

  • Assist with social media input and content scheduling

  • Help prepare and distribute newsletters and promotional communications

  • Organise clinic supplies and general front-of-house duties

  • Deliver towels/linens to local dry cleaners and collect cleaned items

  • Support physiotherapists and clinic staff with administrative tasks as required

  • Ensure the reception and waiting area remain clean, tidy, and welcoming

 

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly, approachable, and professional

  • Organised with good attention to detail

  • Confident using email, spreadsheets, and social media platforms

  • Able to work independently and use initiative

  • Reliable, flexible, and trustworthy

  • Comfortable working in a busy clinic environment

  • Previous administration or customer service experience is preferred 

 

Hours & Pay

  • Part-time position with flexible hours

  • Self-employed basis

  • Pay dependent on experience
