Hybrid Health Physiotherapy is a well-established, sports-focused clinic in the heart of Bath, with over 20 years of strong brand presence and reputation within the local community and sporting world.

We’re known for our Hybrid Approach — combining thorough assessment, hands-on treatment, and tailored rehabilitation all within one session. Our clients range from active members of the local community to high-level athletes, with professional sportspeople (including Bath Rugby players) attending the clinic at times.

The Role

We’re looking for a self-employed MSK Physiotherapist to join our growing clinic in central Bath.

This role is ideal for a motivated associate who wants more than just a diary to fill — someone who enjoys being part of a clinic with strong demand, excellent brand awareness, and the opportunity to build a loyal caseload while having real input into how the clinic develops.

Hours: up to 20–25 hours per week
Likely to start with reduced hours initially while you build your caseload
Flexible working across 1–3 days per week, with room to grow

Who We’re Looking For

We’re keeping this simple — we want a great clinician who enjoys working in a sports-based private practice environment.

Essential:

Minimum 2 years post-graduate physiotherapy experience
Experience working in private practice (ideally within a clinic setting)
Confident treating MSK and sports injuries
Comfortable working with active individuals and athletes
HCPC & CSP registered
Professional, friendly, and confident communicating with clients

Desirable (but not essential):

Dry needling / acupuncture
Sports massage
Experience working with or around high-level or competitive athletes
