The Role:

We are seeking a self-employed massage therapist to join our dynamic and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced therapist who is proactive, entrepreneurial, and motivated to build and grow their client base. You will be responsible for seeking new clients and opportunities, ensuring your services are promoted effectively to expand your client portfolio. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality massage therapy treatments tailored to the individual needs of clients, including sports massage, deep tissue, and rehabilitation-focused techniques.

Liaise and collaborate closely with physiotherapists and other clinic professionals to support integrated treatment plans and promote optimal client outcomes.

Maintain accurate and confidential clinical notes and adhere to professional standards of care and hygiene.

Take a proactive role in attracting and retaining clients through marketing efforts, networking, and self-promotion, including social media and referral initiatives.

Manage your own appointments, treatment schedules, and admin tasks, including payments and invoicing.

Ensure treatment rooms are clean, well-stocked, and welcoming for clients.

Keep up to date with industry standards, CPD, and best practices in massage therapy.

Represent the clinic professionally at all times, contributing to a positive and client-focused atmosphere.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience working as a self-employed practitioner in the health, wellness, or allied healthcare sector.

Additional qualifications such as pregnancy massage, dry cupping therapy, and dry needling are highly desirable.

Proven experience in a clinic, healthcare, or wellness environment, with the ability to work within a team or independently.

Confident in managing multiple tasks, prioritising effectively in a busy environment.

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a warm and professional manner.

Proficient in basic IT systems and booking software, with a willingness to learn new tools as needed.

Highly organised and detail-oriented, ensuring accurate client records and smooth operations.

Role Overview:
We are offering a self-employed MSK physiotherapy position. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated professional looking to build or expand their business & client base in a dynamic and collaborative setting. The role offers part-time hours with flexibility, starting from 1–2 days per week, with room to grow.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a self-employed practitioner in the health, wellness, or allied healthcare sector.

At least 1 year of post-graduate physiotherapy experience in the UK.

Proven experience in a clinic, healthcare, or wellness setting, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

An acupuncture qualification (highly desirable).

Additional qualifications such as pregnancy massage, dry cupping therapy, and dry needling (highly desirable).

Strength & conditioning or Pilates skills (advantageous, particularly when working with athletes).

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a warm, professional manner.

Ability to manage a varied caseload, prioritise tasks effectively, and perform confidently in a busy environment.
