Terms & Conditions & Deposit Policy
At Hybrid Health, we value your time and that of our self-employed therapists. As a small, independent clinic, missed or late-notice cancellations have a direct impact on our practitioners’ schedules and income. Our cancellation policy is designed to protect both the clinic and our therapists, while ensuring appointment availability for clients who may be waiting.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Booking deposit: A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: Your deposit will remain as credit on your account for up to 2 months. Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment: Your 50% deposit will be retained as a late-notice fee.

Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment: The full appointment fee will be charged.

Illness & emergencies: If you are unwell or experience a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.
Insurance
Hybrid Health Physiotherapy is recognised by a number of private medical insurance providers, including AXA, WPA, Health Shield, Aviva, Vitality Health, and Simplyhealth.
When booking through insurance, please select the Insurance tab and provide:

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers can be redeemed by selecting the Gift Voucher tab when booking, entering your voucher code at checkout, and choosing your preferred appointment time.
